Rachelle Rasich is the Social Media Specialist for Jordan Alliance Group. Rachelle has over 10 years of experience in retail management at the store level, working with Aldo, and Old Navy in Downtown Chicago as a Customer Experience Manager, Operations Manager and Merchandising Manager.

Her talent for leadership, hard work, and authenticity led her to her next role in Corporate Recruiting where she became her team's go-to as it pertained to: learning and training on new software, systems and process roll outs - all while managing a large territory.

After settling down and starting a family, an opportunity to come aboard with JAG presented itself and she jumped at the chance. She's worked to create a campaign that educates JAG's audience on the Sustainable & Circular Fashion movement, and the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and what organizations are doing and can be doing to meet these goals. She has helped to onboard consultants, manage the back office, speak at virtual events and manage the social media campaigns since starting in 2018.

Rachelle enjoys spending time with her husband, and two small children exploring the city, or hanging at home. She also enjoys, singing, playing guitar and reading.
