I am merchandising executive with over 25 years of experience in management and

retail/wholesale merchandising for large global brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Converse,

Nike and PVH. My core specialties are merchandising strategies, product lifecycle

management, assortment optimization, team development and process implementation

Throughout my career, I have achieved success with an entrepreneurial spirit utilizing a creative

and analytical approach to translate insight to data and build merchandise strategies that

deliver best-in-class sales, inventory, and margin results. I have been recognized for exceptional

leadership and successfully spearheaded change management for multiple brands through

cross functional collaboration to optimize efficiencies and productivity. On a personal level, I

have a passion for mentoring and developing individuals to maximize their performance and

potential for development and succession.

In addition to my corporate career, I also owned and operated a small retail boutique where I

was able to utilize my expertise in merchandising, marketing and retail management to grow

the business +15% in the first year. Being a small business owner was a very rewarding

experience.

I was born and raised in NJ where I attended Monmouth University and earned a Bachelor of

Science in Business Administration. I reside in Verona, NJ with my two children and enjoy

traveling, gardening, and exercising outdoors.
