  • Amy most recently served as Vice President, Social Consciousness for women’s clothing designer EILEEN FISHER, where she launched the company's pioneering work in environmental sustainability, human rights and women's empowerment. Together with her team and key partners throughout the company, Amy guided the company toward greater alignment with its Benefit/B Corporation status and Quadruple Bottom Line framework. She also played an instrumental role in advising their circular work and shepherding the company’s ambitious Vision2020 goals.
  • Prior to joining EILEEN FISHER in 1993, Amy pursued a fundraising career with Asian-American cultural, educational and social service organizations in New York City. Her educational background includes a B.A. from Georgetown University, an M.A. from Teachers College-Columbia University, and a sustainable MBA from Green Mountain College.
  • In 2020, Amy launched her own consulting firm, Impactorum, which provides early career CSR/Sustainability/Circularity professionals and start-ups with strategic planning and advising services.
  • Amy currently serves on the Editorial Committee for the podcast, "Decade of Courage," and the advisory board for SlowCo.co (a UK sustainable apparel site).
  • In 2011, Amy rode from New York City to Washington, DC, on her self-built bamboo bike as part of Climate Ride. Amy also plays the bassoon in the Hudson Valley Symphonic Wind Ensemble. Together with their two daughters, Amy and her husband Rob live in the Hudson Valley, where they enjoy adventures on land and water.
