Amy Hall


  • Amy most recently served as Vice President, Social Consciousness for women’s clothing designer EILEEN FISHER, where she launched the company's pioneering work in environmental sustainability, human rights and women's empowerment. Together with her team and key partners throughout the company, Amy guided the company toward greater alignment with its Benefit/B Corporation status and Quadruple Bottom Line framework. She also played an instrumental role in advising their circular work and shepherding the company’s ambitious Vision2020 goals.
  • Prior to joining EILEEN FISHER in 1993, Amy pursued a fundraising career with Asian-American cultural, educational and social service organizations in New York City. Her educational background includes a B.A. from Georgetown University, an M.A. from Teachers College-Columbia University, and a sustainable MBA from Green Mountain College.
  • In 2020, Amy launched her own consulting firm, Impactorum, which provides early career CSR/Sustainability/Circularity professionals and start-ups with strategic planning and advising services.
  • Amy currently serves on the Editorial Committee for the podcast, "Decade of Courage," and the advisory board for (a UK sustainable apparel site).
  • In 2011, Amy rode from New York City to Washington, DC, on her self-built bamboo bike as part of Climate Ride. Amy also plays the bassoon in the Hudson Valley Symphonic Wind Ensemble. Together with their two daughters, Amy and her husband Rob live in the Hudson Valley, where they enjoy adventures on land and water.

Angela Dixon

Vice President

Angela Dixon is a management consultant with the Jordan Alliance Group (JAG). Her areas of focus are talent management and diversity, equity and inclusion. She has more than 25 years of experience in the public and non-profit sectors. She has held a number of leadership positions focused on attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse workforce. She previously served as Vice President for Talent and Inclusion with the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce in Albany, New York. Prior to that role, she led the Office of the New York State Comptroller’s Division of Human Resources and Administration as the Chief HR/Fiscal Officer, overseeing the statewide operations of the 2,600-employee agency.


She is a Senior Certified HR Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and also a Senior Certified Professional through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). In 2019, while working for the Capital Region Chamber as Vice President for Talent and Inclusion, she was named a Business Leads Fellow by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.


Ms. Dixon earned her BA in Political Science and an MBA through the University at Albany in New York. She currently resides with her husband in North Greenbush, NY.


Larry Gulko

Larry created BRAND: NEW DAY, a one-of-a-kind brand-building and thought leadership Retreat designed exclusively for an individual company looking to take a fresh look at their brand and determined to take it to the next level. This company-focused program is based on a proven concept originally created in tandem with the Disney Institute. Under the BRAND: NEW DAY umbrella is Brand Dive, an immersive C-Level thought leadership Roundtable emulating an open-enrollment idea exchange with peers. Both programs are delivered in-person and on a virtual platform.

He and Roger Berkowitz, CEO of Legal Sea Foods, host Name Brands, CBS Boston. This insightful and entertaining brand leadership podcast show features in-studio conversations with iconic brands and CEOs who share their insight to create and build best-selling brands, dominate product categories, enhance consumer affection, and drive brand performance and business growth.

In partnership with the Harvard Business School Association of Boston, Larry created the CEO Lounge. This online communications platform features up-close-and-personal interviews with dynamic business leaders spanning numerous industries and market sectors.

For 20 years, his advertising and brand consultancy agency Gulko & Company launched and positioned brands for the Fortune 500, middle-market companies, entrepreneurial ventures, and non-profits.

A sought-after thought leader, Larry has delivered numerous keynotes, commencement addresses, is a MassChallenge business mentor and has lectured at the Babson College Graduate School of Business and Executive Education Program.

Larry is an advisor to the C-level community and has served on boards and committees including Babson Advisory Council, ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership, The American Marketing

Ilka Jordan

Chief Executive Officer

Ilka Jordan, founder, and CEO of Jordan Alliance Group is a master strategist with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, and enterprise change management in the Fashion Retail Industry. She has extensive experience in working with C-suite and senior leadership teams to drive alignment on companys' vision, mission, and creating operational excellence across the organization. Described by clients as mission-driven, collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented. She is regularly sought after as a mentor, thought and knowledge partner, and keynote speaker.

Ilka has spent the past twenty years promoting the digitization of the Product Lifecycle and Supply Chain Operations at large and mid-sized specialty retailers. In 2017, Ilka relaunched JAG and created one of the first pro-active, black-owned, women-led boutique consultancy practices to be at the forefront of the retail supply chain transformation towards a circular economy. She has committed herself and her high-performance, multi-discipline team to help retailers confront their challenges and increase their awareness of being socially responsible in fashion. The aim is to implement social values and sustainability practices that significantly improve transparency, accountability, and governance across retail value chains.

Ilka is a native of Brooklyn, she received her master’s degree in information technology from American InterContinental University (AIU) and her bachelor’s degree in production management and marketing in fashion and related industries at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).

Adrienne Shelton

Adrienne is a collaborative thought leader who combines strategic planning, visionary leadership and hands on, tactical execution to achieve results. She is an inspirational leader who shares stories that inspire action while at the same time grounded in financial details that leverage the business. Respected as a credible voice in decision making and builds strong partnerships.

With over 40 years of experience, she is recognized as a leader in the fashion industry. Adrienne held numerous executive roles at leading specialty and department stores including Ascena Retail Group, 

Limited Brands, Chico's, Macy's and Christopher & Banks.

Adrienne was born and raised on Long Island, New York. She holds a BS degree from HBCU Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia.
