Ilka is a native of Brooklyn. She is a Doctorial candidate at Florida International University. Ilka earned her master's degree in Technology through American InterContinental University (AIU) and her bachelor's degree in Apparel Production Management and Marketing through the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Ilka is also a Certified Change Management Practitioner through Prosci.
