Ilka Jordan is the founder and CEO of Jordan Alliance Group (JAG). She serves as a strategic advisor to retail executives seeking a competitive advantage with business operating models that are more purposeful, sustainable, and profitable.
Ilka is known for her entrepreneurial spirit, strategic mindset, and business acumen. With 20+ years as a transformation executive, Ilka has partnered with retailers on sustainability initiatives to drive significant cost savings across the supply chain for clients, including Talbot's, Chico's, White House Black Market, Soma, The Children's Place, Maurices, Justice, Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant, Eileen Fisher, and J.Crew Group. Ilka also serves on the advisory board at LIM College. Ilka also serves on the WOC Retail Alliance board of directors and LIM College's fashion advisory board.
Ilka is a lifelong learner. She is pursuing her Doctorate in Global Business Transformation at Florida International University (FIU). She has earned her MIT in Technology from American InterContinental University (AIU) and her BS in Apparel Production Management and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Ilka is a native of Brooklyn, New York, and currently resides in Fort Myers, Florida, with her husband and two poodles.
